Course Goal in Independent Project

The goal of this class is to continue the professional development of educators who understand the importance of science literacy in education and the everyday lives of people. Discussion and research will provide students opportunities to continue to increase understanding, skill and dispositions for inquiry and reflection, content area knowledge, facilitation of learning, professional communication, and development of professional leadership and stewardship in three key areas.
